Terms of Use
HelviConnect is a technology platform. We connect healthcare providers with nursing professionals; we are not an employer, a staffing agency or a payroll provider.
Draft for pilot use. A Swiss employment-law review is scheduled before commercial launch.
1. What HelviConnect does
HelviConnect provides software that lets healthcare organisations publish shifts and lets nursing professionals present their profile, availability and credentials. All engagements are agreed directly between the provider and the professional.
2. What HelviConnect does not do
We do not employ professionals, do not place staff, do not set wages, do not pay salaries and do not act as a party to any contract between a provider and a professional. Providers define their own terms, rates and contractual form.
3. Accounts and accuracy
You must provide accurate information. Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their qualifications, recognition status and work authorisation. Providers are responsible for the accuracy of the shifts and terms they publish.
4. Verification
Verification badges indicate that HelviConnect has performed a basic plausibility check of submitted documents. A badge is not a legal guarantee; providers remain responsible for their own due diligence and for any statutory checks.
5. Acceptable use
No discriminatory postings, no misleading terms, no harvesting of personal data, no circumvention of platform security, and no misuse of messaging or invitations.
6. Liability
The platform is provided as is during the pilot. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, HelviConnect is not liable for losses arising from engagements agreed between users.
7. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
