Create a profile with your profession, specialties, recognition status, work authorisation, languages, experience and credentials. Set your availability, preferred cantons and travel radius, then switch on Available Now when you can take work at short notice. Apply to open shifts, respond to invitations from provider communities, confirm assignments and leave a review afterwards.

Register your organisation, get verified, then search and build a private community of professionals you trust — organised into talent pools such as ICU, Emergency or Night Team. Publish a shift to the public marketplace, to your whole community, to a pool, or to selected people. Shortlist, select, message, track the assignment and review.

HelviConnect is not an employer, not a staffing agency and not a payroll provider. We never set wages. Providers enter their own terms and engage professionals directly.

Organisations and credentials are reviewed before verification badges are granted. Uploaded documents stay private and are shared only through short-lived signed links. Internal notes stay internal.
