Privacy Policy

Account data (email, display name), professional profile data (profession, specialties, languages, recognition status, work authorisation, availability, location), uploaded documents (diplomas, certificates, references, CV), organisation data, messages, shift responses and assignment history.

Your published profile is visible to signed-in providers and, if you publish it, on your public profile page. Uploaded credential documents are private: only you and platform administrators can open them, through short-lived signed links. Internal provider notes and internal ratings are never shown to professionals. Your contact details are not exposed to other users.

Every table is protected by row-level security so a request can only read rows it is entitled to. Documents live in private storage buckets scoped to your user folder. Privileged actions are written to an audit log.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Unpublishing your profile removes it from search immediately. Deleting your account removes your profile, documents and responses.

We use only strictly necessary storage: your sign-in session and your language preference. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set.
